THREE-HOUR SHOWER-READY
The shower doesn't have to be off-limits for a full day! Caulk the shower or tub with GE Silicone II* Kitchen & Bath and reduce the wait time dramatically. GE Silicone II* adheres to a wide variety of substrates and quickly builds a tight seal that can be exposed to water as little as three hours after application. Some caulk requires wait time of a full day or longer before using the shower or the caulk might wash away.
FIVE-YEAR MOLD-FREE PRODUCT PROTECTION
Mold-free product protection helps keep the cured caulk mold- and mildew-free and looking clean for five years, with regular cleaning. Mold is not only an unsightly and embarrassing problem to have around a tub or shower, but it might also lead to health problems. Some caulk might claim limited protection, but GE Silicone II* Kitchen & Bath is formulated for increased protection.

WHY 100 PERCENT SILICONE?
Unlike acrylic, silicone is permanently:
- WaterproofAcrylic breaks down in water over time.
- FlexibleAcrylic becomes less flexible and can even freeze at low temperatures, making it more likely to crack.
- Shrink-proofAcrylic shrinks as the caulk dries. This shrinking can cause cracks over time.
- Crack-proofAcrylic hardens, cracks, and crumbles over time when exposed to extreme heat and the sun's UV rays.

For additional information, including specific terms of the Lifetime Guarantee, see product label.
Three-Hour Shower-Ready: Exposure to water possible in as little as three hours with bead size max of 3/16", temperature minimum 65° F, and humidity minimum 50 percent. Otherwise, caulk should not be exposed to water for eight hours. Do not touch or clean caulk for 24 hours.
Five-Year Mold-Free Product Protection: Cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant. Regular cleaning of the cured sealant is required, however, as soap or other residue can cause secondary mold and mildew growth.

Not all caulk is the same. Because silicone is permanently waterproof, flexible, and shrink-/crack-proof, unlike acrylic, it won't leave gaps or cracks for air and water to seep through over time. Those leaks can lead to water damage, mold growth, and higher energy billsall of which can translate into your lost time (when you have to do the job again), lost energy, and lost money.
